Barbara is a multi-disciplinary facilitator with an entrepreneurial spirit progressing life sciences ventures. This ability and drive builds on an education in chemistry and economy, applied and advanced during various jobs at the interface of science and business. With a feel for people and processes she spins-out, manages and grows biotech and medtech startups. Her creativity and pragmatism help her to structure complex situations and inspire highly qualified contributors to engage.

Together with her colleagues from BioPartner and unlock_ she is opening doors in the Leiden Life Science & Health startup scene.
